Design Thinking in Food Innovation (April-June 2015)

In mid-April, I will be teaching an experimental course Food + Wine Experience at my old home at Center for Design Research (CDR) with Prof. Larry Leifer. Students will learn state-of-the-art food and wine innovation and apply the principles of design thinking to create novel products/services.

In teams, students will have an opportunity to present their final design works to industry experts including leading chefs, winemakers, food entrepreneurs, and potential investors. Coaches will include a visual artist, Product Designer at Apple, and Experience Designer at SAP AppHaus will join me in this course.
